Blizzard’s Overwatch ‘high-bandwidth’ patch

In an effort to improve the quality of online play for Overwatch, Blizzard have announced that they will be upgrading the game’s netcode to a high-bandwidth mode that updates data 60 times per second instead of the current 21 times per second on PC.

This patch will ensure that servers accurately reflect the player’s actions in-game, and this overhaul should bring it closer to showing the same thing for every player in a match.
