Naughty Dog have revealed a new multiplayer expansion to their newest action-adventure game, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which was launched on the 10th May 2016 for PS4.
Naughty Dog have confirmed in their broadcast today that with their DLC, Bounty Hunters, the village from Uncharted 2 will be returning to their multiplayer map selection, and explained that they have upgraded it to make use of mechanics like the grappling hook. It is also larger and more visually pleasing.
The developers have confirmed that there will also be new weapons and boosters included within the expansion, as well as a new mystical ability. Furthermore, Naughty Dog have shown us that there are 10 additional ranks for multiplayer gameplay, and that there are 40 new vanity items and taunts.
There will be more DLC following the Bounty Hunters expansion, including a cooperative mode this fall. The roadmap image below will give you an overview of what is yet to come.
Naughty Dog have also been working on the game’s first single-player expansion, but no confirmation on the progress of this DLC has been announced yet.
